Meditation


Meditation has been central to Susie’s life for the last 15 years, enabling her to increase her awareness when treating clients. She has taught meditation techniques on Detox retreats in Europe and is very passionate about sharing her knowledge with her clients to help improve wellbeing.

Here is a section from an article she wrote for a health magazine.

“Imagine a life where you accepted all your emotions and felt at peace in your centre, with an awareness that is beyond the suffering of the mind. Where you experienced and appreciated the moments in between dates in the diary or specific tasks, living everyday to the full. We can experience life with all the senses given to us a human being, rather than being governed by the mind. Meditation is a fantastic tool to help attain the above. It is so simple yet incredibly life changing. When you make meditation part of your daily life you gradually become much more in tune with the thoughts that are useful to you in a given moment, and those that are causing unnecessary suffering. Your intuitive intelligence can become much stronger, enabling you to make choices that are most beneficial to you and you will find that your inner world becomes much more calm, quiet and spacious."

Susie is happy to incorporate sharing her knowledge during a treatment. She can also offer a 30 minute meditation lesson which she asks for a donation.
