My main passion is to truly awaken the inner wisdom of our human bodies, through therapy, meditation and philosophy practice. I have practiced meditation regularly for 15 years and through doing so have gained patience, empathy and compassion. I find great peace hiking, creating art and swimming in nature.

It really depends on the individual. Some people have 1 every month, but if there is a particular issue it is worth having one every week for a set period to speed up recovery, depending on your needs and financial position.
